I also did the same thing you had done, I purchased, with points, the color for my name, just thinking maybe this doesn't take effect immediately because I have the same problem. If there is a problem I can talk to Alien or Dragon to get this fixed. In the meantime, I will keep watching to see if this does work. :)

I think you need to put it like this, using the same terminology that you used.
