Hi everyone... I have a problem submitting my scores. now I made sure I logged in correctly checking the remember me box. I checked my email details were correct and have even tried emptying the temporary internet files.. and so far none of this has worked. the only thing I can put this down to is that we are using a different computer now from what we were using previously... any ideas on what might be creating my problem please let me know. :o

You wrote via PM, that you get this message:
I have been having an error message come up today saying that the score was not submitted from the game and will not be saved.
Do you have this problem on all games or only on some games? You are correct registered here, so it can be only a problem on your PC. OK - you have deleted your temporary internet files but that didn't fixed the problem. Than must that a cookie problem. Delete your cookies and be sure, that your PC allows cookies from arcadevb.com !

lol hee hee hee.... as I have just found out before I read your message... Our new computer did not have cookies enabled. Hubby has enabled cookies for me (my at home computer tech) and everthing is working fine now. It was happening with all games due to cookies not being enabled. I'm sorry to have taken up your time and thank you for your assistance.:o
I'm just glad it was only a local problem and not something bigger.:D

If you don't know how to change the cookie settings, than read please the little tutorial:
How to Enable Cookies in Internet Explorer 7 (http://www.pcwindowstips.com/2007/09/04/how-to-enable-cookies-in-internet-explorer-7/)
Important Internet Explorer Settings for Temporary Internet Files
go to -> Internet Options | General | Browsin history | Settings |
now must open a new window with -> Temporary Internet Files
than set -> Check for never versions of stored pages: Every time I visit the webpage
After you have saved your changes, delete temporary files and cookies. Now it should be possible for all IE users to play newest games without problems.
btw. If a Firefox user has any problem, than let it know me and I make also a description for you.
