Shoutbox - not for Bannded members

Is there anyway that we can stop banned members from saying anything on the shoutbox.

I find it very offensive even though i am not coloured, i do not tolorate racisim.

Until today wasn't that a problem, but we will modify the permissions.

At now the Shoutbox is only for ArcadeVB Members available. Banned Users and Users are Unregistered / Not Logged In can't view and use the Shoutbox!
