Leaderboard Score

Does anyone know how the score on the leaderboard works?
My number of high scores increases but my score on the leaderboard seems to go down and i drop in places :confused:

I'm not really sure how it works....think maybe it takes total scores....and somehow averages them out? I usually ignore the leaderboard but your rankings page will show how you're doing and lists all the games.

the default settings of the leaderboard are:

1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 9 points
10th place = 1 points
>10th place = 0.1 points

a member with many top10 scores don't need the most 1st highscores to be 1st on the leaderboard. so you can say, he/she is the best player of all games.

Thanks AlienRED :) Do you know what it is that causes me to lose so many points?
It seems to drop from just playing games, or do you just lose a lot if someone beats one of your top scores?

Hmm, I don't have any problem playing the games, but I don't seem to appear on the overall leaderboard (though I do in the top 10 for the games I have played). Is that a points issue?

The leaderboard needed a manually update.
