Cua Still Down????? Help!!!!

ok it shows that its down for me and that im the only one online for almost a day suddenly it comes back online and and everyone is acting like there was never a probl;em, so i start using my turns and then bam its back to where i was tyesterday took my upgrades away and everything now the next morning its still down for me... Is it only me? its like theres 2 seperate games going on. the one im in and the one everyone else is playing. can some one please tell me what the hexk is going on?
