Does it "guess"? Hmmm, maybe we need to talk to you about how computers work . . . . . .
I dont believe the computer is "guessing", there is a random number generator.
Percentages used to be different, lvl 4 used to be 98%, which was never broken btw. Bigmomma and i were lined up to hit it, when the round was reset (we had 40 nukes launched at the target at the time).
Nukes used to cost 7.5 mill, as well. Not "everyone" could afford them. And originally, only 7 nukes were required, i believe.:D
We had gay burglars the other night. They broke in and rearranged the furniture.

Bryant basically the higher the nuke def the better chance of blocking the nuke but its still a "chance" none the less. Players with nuke def 4 have been hit on the first attempt while others with lvl1 or 2 have blocked masive amounts. Nuke def helps but in the end its just luck....

you have just as much chance at getting nuked at lvl4 as you do at lvl0.
i get hit just about every fn time, yet i can't the broad side of the barn right in front of me. it's completely bs!
