Maximum Stored Private Messages: 0 (not able to use private messaging)
Can Use Signatures: No
The maximum size of your Custom Avatar is 80 by 80 pixels or 10 KB (whichever is smaller).
Can upload Custom Avatars in User CP
Can deposit / withdraw money in / from the vbPlaza Bank.
