There have been some rumours flying around that the covert system is flawed.
1. it appears if you send a certain (large) number of spies you will always get through, even though the target might have higher action (may/may not be true)
2. i have caught some people with 0 spies trying to spy on me

tell me if i should say how - so everyone is on level playing field. the people i mentioned abover plus the guy who has no 1 covert wont be happy. dragon just fix it please.

yea i got a problem. how come everytime a person with a huge person attacks me i lose 30 people. my defense can even be higher than their attack and i only kill maximum 3 people.
shouldnt defense and attack kill the same amount of people?

yeah i know what u mean and i don't know how it is figured out how many u kill!!! but i think u don't kill as many defending cause they are the 1s attacking so they are trying to hurt u!!! where if u were killing the same number or more the person attacking would just, or could get annoyed and that may lead to nuking each other or something!!!
basically its that ur defending ur country where they are attacking it!!! so atleast with how the game is coded or whatever they are the 1s making the aggreasive move, ur just defending!!! if u want to kill ppl or their army then go and attack them back!!!
and its also the same with the damage to weapons!!! if u attack u can lose like 150 points per attack, if u defend u can lose like upto a max of 20 points per weapon!!!

when you attack you dont lose people cause you dont send your income citizens into battle. when you defend you can lose citizens because the attackers and attacking your COLONY. It must be so because then the fortress adds to defense action, and fortress must be on your colony, and in your colony there must be citizens. so think of it as a percentage thing. if the % is 1% then the attackers may have 20 rocket launchers, so they lose 0 people, but the defensive side might have 600 population, so they lose 6 people. do you see what i am saying??
and normally the attacking side wins, because a lot of people spy before they attack.

as the person who "formerly" had no 1 covert and "appears" to be referred to by the author of this thread, i thought i should point out a few things.
last rnd was finished by moderator who gave out, at the very least attack turns, but probably cash and/or nukes. the rnd finished in the space of 3 hours (one player told me he went away for an hour and it was all over) with an impossible number of nukes being launched.
then those aware of this or involved in this decided to cover it up, as best they could.
the results of the rnd were posted and the "former" moderator had launched the most nukes. while i had spied on him and had a record of it, from 3 hours before the rnd finished.
when "i" forced this former moderator into admitting it, all he would say is his account must have been hacked. he happily described what happened prior to that, until i pointed out he had 200 attack turns and had launched 9 nukes.
there were not enough nukes, cash OR attack turns in the whole game to finish that rnd.
subsequently dragon deleted the results of that rnd.
there's been an unexplained cheater with impossibly high stats, that can't be explained, paladin has been nuked several times (twice successfully) from the same ip address. all this and the former moderator still seems to have ready access to this game
AND the author of this thread wants to suggest that making use of a glitch in the game is "destroying the integrity of cua".
